VE fuel leak

Hey Guys looks like I have a leak on the VE. I have attached a pic of where fuel is leaking. It is only leaking when cold. Any idea of what seals this might be and if Id need to remove pump to get too? I know its hard to tell from pic, just trying to do my hw before I take it somewhere. I am pretty good with most mechanical stuff on truck but I have not touched the VE. Pumps got at least 100k since my ownership.

In the tech section there’s a whole bunch of write ups on it. To access that leak at the governor shaft I believe that is, up against the timing housing, the pump has to be removed. There’s some videos posted up here in the tech section titled “pulling the IP”. Just watched them. Good luck
