I have a 96 dodge ram full size with a 12v 5.9L cummins. Can someone please direct me to the best instructional with pictures for adjusting the valves and finding TDC with the drop-valve method or the locating pin? I bought it recently with 217,000 miles so I figure its probably time to adjust them.

I also want to get an alignment done on the truck and have heard that they can be a real pain to align the tires. Does anyone know of some good tips I can give my technician doing the alignment so they don't mess it up and I end up with bad shoulder wear on my expensive new tires? I live in eugene, oregon and wondering if anybody knows any good shops to take it to out here. Thanks a bunch for your help!
