ive read saome issues that the vac pump can cause psi in engine
being engine is in a ford superduty im not using cummins pump so i dont have any lines hooked to it if this could be a problem what would a solution be?
i have serious oil leaks around valve covers not not much blow by out tube?

 

Make sure the vacuum pump is plugged well right at it's outlet.

 

are you sure that the valve cover gaskets are not dryed out and leaking it is kind of a common problem on these motors. they are easy to replace.

 

brand new engine is also new
