Turbo Seal leak

I have pin pointed my rather large oil leak to the turbo, specifically the turbo seal. I believe this to be the culperate. Anyone know how hard it is to replace the seal? Is it just one seal? Ive done several turbo swaps on the truck before but never a seal, is this something relatively easy or should it be out sourced? Thanks for any help or advice.

Might as well rebuild the turbo while you're at it.
Kit costs about $70 here> http://www.htturbo.com/
might find it way cheaper on ebay though.

Repair is easy if you have an hour or so of uninterrupted time to take it apart and put back together in the same order.
You can download the repair manual here> http://www.holset.co.uk/mainsite/fil...%20manuals.php

Don't get it through ebay, IMHO. I got one "genuine holset rebuilt kit" that came in a ziplock back, no paperwork, no markings. Save your time and headaches and get it through someone reputable, such as stated above. I rebuilt mine because it was leaking, figured I'd get a new "updated" compressor wheel and full balance while I was at it. New balancing techniques are much more accurate, and really help the turbo last. I spent $350 total with new wheel, balancing, and rebuild kit, install was easy. Hardest part was setting the inner snap rings, very small and very recessed. I practiced with the old ones so I wouldn't bend the new ones, with some ground-down needle nose pliers. Worked good!
