Those who have rebuilt their Vac pump, or at least pulled it out... help..

OK, I need to change the oil feed line to the vac pump on my 96... it's rusted bad on the vac pump side... looking at the horrible diagrams the Cummins parts department has I see it's fed off a T fitting on the block which feeds both the vac pump and the IP... from what I can see on the diagrams the T is behind the Vac/PS assembly on the block.... so here's the question....

Am I correct? Those who have pulled the assembly to rebuild the Vac, or PS... did you see the T fitting??

I have the lines (going to change both and rebuild the Vac at the same time..) but got an outragious estimate with a befuddeling explanation frm Cummins Northeast when I brought it down for that to be done (based on the threads here saying it's 4 hours max to r&R the vac pump) and a few other things. (like check and set the engine timing which they refused to do and claimed does not need to be done... finally got an explanation from their Dodge expert which makes sense but still..)

I think they got something wrong and sounded like they wanted to pull the IP for this,... 12 plus hours shop time can't be right...

Who's done something in that area that can help me pinpoint the location of the T fitting??

It's been a while so I'm a little rusty but if memory serves the t-fitting is in the block towards the rear of the vac. pump and slightly above the midpoint of the pump I want to say that it takes a 1/2 inch wrench to take it loose and something like a 7/16 wrench for the oil line. I also want to say that it it easier to get to get to if you take the stiffener bracket loose that goes between the end of the vacuum pump and the block.
