Swap: DRW to SRW

Need some help guys. I have a guy willing to do the swap with me, now I have alot of questions. Heres the break down.

His:
SRW Dana 80
3.54
Discs

Mine:
DRW Dana 80
3.55
Drums

So what all do i need to do to swap?
Switch gears? front axles?
What about the breaks? how hard is that to do?

Thanks for anyone who can help.
Mike

3.54 and 3.55 gears are the same thing. The gear set has 11 teeth on the pinion, 39 teeth on the ring gear. 39/11 is 3.54545454.... Proper rounding to 3 digits would be 3.55, but if you just cut it off at 3 digits, which is 3.54. They are one in the same.

If your swapping I would keep the disks too. You will have to get a new mastercylinder too and maybe a few other things but it will be worth it.
