Steering Box; Fix or Replace?

So I replaced all of my seals and aside from replacing the bearings I just rebuilt my steering box.
Everything seems OK but I know that I have the adjuster a little too tight (the steering is tighter than it use to be). What is the best way to adjust it?
I do plan on getting one of the steering braces but don't have it yet.
