Anyone else's 12v start out around 300 RPM and then slowly warm up to 700ish??? Or is there something going on that I do not know about. I live in California so it never get very cold, usually 45 at night 65 during the day.

I'd bump the idle up a bit,to like 750 in drive .300 is way too low,I cant believe it stays running, mine wouldnt.Doesnt it stall on you ever?

I agree that bumping up the idle would be good. I would recommend going to 850 when the engine is warm, in drive, with the ac on.

If you're getting 700 at idle it's too low. Needs to be 750-800 in D with A/C on full blast. That's on an auto, it's 50 rpm less or so with a manual.
