What exactly do you mean by a bit slower?
I've got the same clutch and my shifting is just as slow now as it was when I had the stock clutch.

yep thats what im talking about, very annoying, holding the same pressure on the stick as the single disk, and it takes seconds to shift, i am afraid to pull on it hard and end up poping a syncro, i would like to do something different, just tring to get it in gear at a stoplight can be frustrating, how am i supposed to race any one from a stop

Put it in gear before the light goes green?

What model of DD is it? I've got a 3600 with the lever style pressure plate that is a bear to shift, I usually skip the clutch and just float the gears. My 12v has the 3250 diaphragm pressure plate, it shifts like stock. Also has a near stock pedal pressure.

Did you take the washer out underneath the pivot ball in the bellhousing?

well... i try to to get it in before the light turns, but sometimes i get to day dreaming, and the light gets me, i do belive it is the 3600,(it is the 750hp rating) i did remove the washer, and have the upgraded hydros, i just want to be able to grab the gears faster, but i probably just need to get some time behind the wheel and learn how to drive it again, thanks for help and sugestions, and keep them coming it you have more
