Sensitive Drivetrain

Hey guys have a question about my drivetrain. While driving I can barely tap the pedal and my truck will act like a buckin bronc, you have to be very carefully with it. Even when you set the cruise and then hit the brake to slow down feels kinda jerky. I just had it completely re done about 15,000 miles ago, the works, clutch, syncrhos, fully splined main shaft, the full meal deal. What would cause this jerkyness. I replaced the throttle cable because it was fryed and helped very litte for awhile but that was 40,000 miles ago.

They seem to be fine. I don't know exactly what to look for though. When I get underneath and move the drive shaft there is quite a bit of play, when you rotate it.

Check that both of your throttle return springs are there and hooked at each end.

If you have a governor spring kit, it's probably adjusted too tight. Try backing off a click or two.

There should be two springs right next to each other.
