Running plateless ?'s

Should I see a massive increase in HP over stock going plateless? I notice more low end grunt, but I would attribute that to turning the starwheel forward. I maybe notice a little more but not a lot. Would I actually get more HP if I grind the stock plate to like a #0 and put it back in in the middle position. Yes, I did search, but can't find this.

running no plate is the same as haveing a zero plate in the FF position.. You should notice a big difference.

You won't see a huge increase in power on the 160-175hp pump for a few reasons. Link
