I've got most everything to put a timing kit together , what I'm needing is the length of the adapter foot that screws onto the gauge , I've a bunch of gauges & a couple of the adapters , just need to know if I have one or need to get the right length ?

John, I have the snapon SP500 timing set, and the foot that screws on my indicator measures about 1 and 11/16ths inches.

I bought a cheapo 1" dial that I bottom out in the plug and it works perfect. Should be a pic of my kit in my gallery.
