please help ASAP Won't start

I drove for 45 minutes today and everything was normal, shut truck off and 5 minutes later went to start it and nothing it rolls over but wont start, always started right up before, I changed my fuel filter and nothing, I cracked a injector line loose and no fuel. I thought it was the shutoff solinoid so I pulled up by hand and had someone crank it and still nothing, not even any fuel out of the line I loosened. please help I need my truck for my buisness. I checked all the fuses and they were good now Im lost.

First make sure the solenoid is up and staying up. Since you have air free fuel at the top of the filter crack the first three lines at the injector and crank it over till straight fuel comes out. Tighten the lines back up, floor it, and it should start but run poorly for a few seconds.

This doesn't address why it died in the first place, only how to get it going, hopefully.

I was thinking lift pump too but if you used the primer on the lift pump to fill your fuel filter bowl and then tried to start it right away (while giving it some pedle) it should have gone over if the pump's check valve was dieing.

I tryed cracking the fuel lines loose and turning while holding the plunger up on the solinoid and no fuel will come out of the lines at all. and it didnt die I just shut it off and it wouldnt restart. when I turn the key on the solinoid doesnt go up but if I lift it up it will stay. but I tryed holding it up and it still wouldnt send fuel through the injector lines.
