p7100 pump change

I am changing out my 160 pump and going to a stock 215. What type of mileage and performance should I expect.....??? And is there any reason the 215 pump will not work with my 94???

Thanks.....

Dave

the miliage should be the same or a little bit better. the 215 pump will bolt right in, no worries.

I do business with them all the time, they're just up the road from me.
Top notch outfit that's been around for many years.

Thanks Gunracer and Infidel.... I am going to order the rebuilt 215 pump. Should make my truck run great compared to my current 160 that is having issues... Plus the extra HP will be nice....!!!!

issue

Rough idle. And when you crack #5 and. #6 injector lines fuel pressure is very low.

If you want the whole story read this....... https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=121162

too bad with usdieselparts you need to turn in a 215 for a core to get a 215. Kinda tough when your looking to upgrade to a 215.

Are you guys taking the hit on the core or what?

Just got off the phone with US Diesel....... 160 core for a 215 pump will not be a issue....

If you can go a little while longer with no truck , and really want to spend some $$ , send that 160 to piers and get them to make it into a stoopid pump.

pump

I just took the pump out and am having it bench test a local injection shop. They think from hearing my truck run it is just a delivery valve/ DV gasket issue. I need to get the truck running good for now. I will bomb it later.........

Thanks guys...
