oil in radiator
oil in radiator
have engine oil in radiator, have replaced oil cooler, have removed head, had itpressure checked resurfaed and valves did . i still have the same problem, it will dump a gallon of oil in 15 minute at idle truck is a97 3500,5 spd. 317000 miles
Cracked block....I didn't want to say it but it is possible. Is there any sign of coolant in the oil?
If you can pass a gallon of oil in 15 minutes it is a large opening, small cracks can allow one to pass but not the other.

Well....i got lucky again. It was my oil cooler gasket, same thing happened on my 91 4 years ago when i bought it. Although it is still a major pain in the a$$ to clean that crap out!
