Cracked block....I didn't want to say it but it is possible. Is there any sign of coolant in the oil?
If you can pass a gallon of oil in 15 minutes it is a large opening, small cracks can allow one to pass but not the other.

Cracked head or block if your 100% sure its not hg or oil cooler. I've got a cracked block. blown hg and still pushing 60psi for 2+years now and still no oil in rad. Being broke is a *****.

Well....i got lucky again. It was my oil cooler gasket, same thing happened on my 91 4 years ago when i bought it. Although it is still a major pain in the a$$ to clean that crap out!
