Is it normal to lose oil from the breather once you start dropping them bombs? Leaves a silver dollar size mark every night. ???

 

What year is it? If it is an old truck it my start loosing oil...but if you are like me you don't like it. Can you give more info?<br>Thank you<br>Adam<br>

 

A silver dollar size spot is not much more than a few drops of oil that had a chance to spead all night. It could be that you truck is getting up there in mileage and has a slight blowby issue. How many miles is there on it? Did you just change oil? Could it be coming from somewhere else? Mine needs valve cover gaskets (I have them) and it drips once in a while. <br>

 

105k miles is what it has on it,was wondering if the oil breather had a seperator/sprainer in it and could it be coked-up? I bought this beast new and try to take care of it, but not sure whats goin' on with the leak, cause the only place I see oil is on the vent tube!
