This works wonderful and no more oily mess and clogged radiator. I originally extended the hose down past the radiator, but still had an oily mess all over the front and occasional drips on the driveway.

The new setup - has a constant downpath from the engine to the tank so gravity helps pull the oil down. I ensured there were no kinks or bends and added a bracket to make sure the hose stays out of the fan and sits close to the engine. I ran it so it would gradually slope down to the breather tank to eliminate pooling in the line and possible venting problems and winter issues with condensation.

I mounted the tank on the drivers side corner of the bumper. You can see it fits in behind the bumper bracket and is a very tight fit.

The inlet to the breather tank is -12 and the drain is a -6. I put a Moroso breather ontop with a baffle inside the tank that sits directly underneath the breather. The tank is pretty large, so it will hold about 2/3 a gallon if needed. There are 2 brackets to hold it to the bumper, the aluminum was thin enough on the mounting tabs that the brackets curved to fit the inside of the bumper as I tightened the mounting bolts. It is mounted very solid and not going anywhere. The top mounting bolt is actually for my off road bumper and shares that. Other than the tank, I used 3 feet of 3/4 heater hose, 1 -12 90 degree fitting, 2 hose clamps, and a 3/4 to 3/4 nipple at the factory location to extend the hose.

What do you guys think? I am very pleased with how it turned out. There are not many places to mount a breather setup since most are large and tall and I wanted a mounting point that was below the front of the engine for draining purposes. I will be able to monitor how much oil comes out as well.
