oil filler neck

oil filler neck

is leaking like crazy is that from pressure of an unwanted kind or just bad design. how can I fix it?

It has to be unscrewed to get to the gasket. Kinda a PITA for a 50 cent part. Unless you have blowby/ crank pressure issues its probably just a bad gasket.

what is a dead giveaway sign of crank pressure?

Usually the dipstick will be blown out a few inches every time you open the hood long before it causes leaks.
