NV4500 locked up

I just bought a 94 with the 5 spd and the nv4500 and it will not shift into any gear. Yes I knew this when I got it and the price reflected it. The truck was in a accident that knocked out the rear end slid in the ditch and caught something on the drivers side that pulled the rear end back far enough to pull the drive shaft out of the transfer case. Any way the tranny will not shift the stick feels like it is in the nutreul position but you can not get it to slide into gear and if you let the clutch out it will kill the motor. We tried rocking the truck to see if we could pop it out with no luck. I took off the top off the tranny and it looks like the pic I have attached. I tried to move the right hand side with a screw driver and it will not move. Any ideas? Thanks

Found the problem now I can see why the thing was locked up. Any ideas on what would cause this type of carnage?

you are looking at a total rebuild. Had one that lost fluid while pulling a gooseneck and locked up in 5th. Had the same sypmtoms, wouldnt shift and let the clutch out it would kill the engine. Smoked all the bearings and syncros. Good luck

Good news is that I talked to the guy I bought the truck from and he is swapping the tranny out for a different one. I'm guessing that when this thing locked up it caused the accident because the truck lost control and slid in a ditch caught a culvert and tore the rear axle out. Thats part of the deal when you buy a wrecked truck you never know what you are getting into. Thanks for the replies.
