Talking Nut and Bolt Reference List

Fellas...

Being bored at work, and just noticing, there is no list that tells you what sockets you need for removing many of the bolts on the truck.. I want to make this the Refrence list, but i need yalls help as much as possible.. Let it serve as a guide for those that are wondering what socket is what. Ill start as possible. Add them on as replies, or pm me if possible.. ill add to this list.. thanks guys!

Fuel shutdown solenoid screws 8 mm socket
Valve cover gasket nuts 15 mm socket
Air intake Screws 10 mm socket
Timing cover and bottom end screws 10 mm socket
Oil Plug 3/8 drive ratchet
Front axle plug 3/8 drive ratchet
Vacuum Actuator Bolts 7/16 socket
Lugnuts 7/8 socket
Injector lines 5/8 wrench
Idle adjust Screw 10 mm wrench
KDP Killing Bolt 8mm x 1.25mm x 25 mm
Fan Belt Removal 3/8 Ratchet
Oil Tube and Filter 13 mm socket or wrench
Battery Nuts 1/2 inch socket
Turbo boost clamps 7/16 wrench or socket
Starwheel adjust 8 mm allen wrench

Thats all i can think of, at the top of my head, cept for the KDP bolt.. but any input guys?

Good idea man! ...couple years later...

Big injection pump nut -- 30mm
Injection pump gear holes -- M8 x 1.25
Intake horn/elbow bolts - 10mm

Here's a few more:

Injector Line: 19mm (or 5/8, flare nut crow foot works really good)
Injector Hold Down Nut: 24mm Deep socket (or 15/16)
Injector Return Banjo: 10mm
Injector Return Line Banjo at Filter: 13mm
Injector Pump GSK Side Plug: 22mm socket (or 7/8)
Crank Dampner Bolt: 15mm
Alternator Center Bolt: 22mm

Few more on my behalf

Nuts to hold turbo to manifold: 15mm
Bolts to clock turbo exhaust housing: 13 mm
Oil feed line to stock HX35: 5/8
Connection to top of filter housing: 5/8 or 13/16, depending on which connection you get (adapter or actual hose)
Battery terminal connections: 13 mm or a 1/2 inch

This is pretty cool...now I can go down the list and make sure the toolbox in my truck has everything I'll need, and not a bunch of junk that I don't!

I got to give the Imports credit. I replaced a head gasket on a Toyota Supra using nothing but 10mm, 12mm and 14mm wrenches and sockets. Stupid domestics and their mixing up of metric and SAE!

Everyone always asks the size of the 4X4 front axle nut. 1-1/16" (I THINK) Maybe someone can confirm that and the size for the bolts that hold the wheel bearing hub on.

Also the drain/fill plug on the transfercase. It is a 3/8" rachet drive NOT any size Torx.

Just nit picking, but 19mm=3/4". 16mm=5/8"
