Had to buy a new lift pump today. :'(<br>It has been leaking off and on for about 2 months now. &gt;<br>I picked it up a Cummins $166.<br>They told me that about 2 years ago they changed the design of this pump and corrected some probs.<br>Mine has 140k on it.<br>Has any body had this prob and at what milage.<br>I know the elec pumps on the 24 valves are aprob but I'm wondering about the manual pumps. ???<br><br> : Eddie : 8)

 

Hello,<br> I had the same trouble and replaced mine last week it was leaking pretty bad. The new pumps are a little bigger all the way a round and look to be better built. However they mount up just as good as the old one. After I replaced mine my truck runs a lot better. Oh by the way mine lasted until 144,000. <br> Ty
