Manual 4x4 tranny bolt to auto xfer case?

Manual 4x4 tranny bolt to auto xfer case?
Will this work? Let me explain. I want a manual tranny for my 96 4x4 12 v. I have a auto. Can I bolt the manual tranny to my auto transfer case without problems or is it too much work.

It will bolt together fine but you have to change the input gear on the T-Case or get a T-Case from a manual truck. The auto uses a 23 spline out put and the manual uses a 29 spline out put. It isn't hard to change. I just did a auto to NV4500 conversion on my truck. PM me if you need instructions, help, part numbers etc..... Pete
