Anyone know it? Also need the part # for the longer bolt to use with the tab.

 

No Cummins part number, they say it isn't a problem.

TST Products or Piers. You can make your own very cheaply, look at the dodgeram site I think, or do a search here for KDP tab.

Not sure, but I believe most here use the stock bolt unless the tab is really thick.
