injector id/lotsa questions too

so i finally pulled my injectors and here is the part number KDAL59P6 468 260 bar, number by threads is 6818 5 hole injectors. can anyone tell me what these are (stock or otherwise)? only asking cause one diesel mechanic looked at them and said ther werent stock cause of the paint color or something.....
another question is should there b oil in the bottom of the injector hole in the head? injectors 3,4,5,6 all had oil in the bottom after i pulled them but 1 and 2 did not. is that just from assembly or is something leaking?

gonna get them all tested for pop and spray and take it from there. maybe clean these up and get them back into spec or replace with sdx 5x14

thanks

I can't comment on the part numbers......

But the oil in the injector bores is more than likely from a previous oil leak such as rocker covers.

Tis true I had very leaky valve cover gaskets so its probably from that. Didn't think of that. But that's fixed now. Showed them to my mechanic and he looked them up and said they were stockers so that's all cleared up.

I was going to go the 5x0.14 SDX injecor route as well. Been hearing some rumors about them shutting down and now it seems they don't even have a website anymore. So I ordered a set of 5x0.14's from DFI instead We'll see how they work out.

Ya something happened within the business there I guess. A couple months ago I wanted to buy one of their semi-hot-roded P-Pumps but nobody answered the phones, returned phone messages or emails. That was ok though 'cause I wound up buying another used pump and learned how to hot-rod it myself! Now when I wanted to order a set of their injectors - no website... Too bad. Then after more research on other forums I found that Chris (The Injector Guy) from SDX has started his own company - Ducky Fuel Injection. We emailed back and forth a bit and to me DFI seems like the "new" SDX lol I'm sure these injectors will be fantastic.... Can't wait till they arrive.
Just google Ducky Fuel Injection. That'll answer the q's about price, etc...

Ya, quality is yet to be determined, but so far +1 for customer service! I won't get into details, but I've never dealt with them before now and I basically asked for a favor and he just up and did it, no questions asked. Pretty sweet! To be honest, the first time I came across "Ducky" Fuel Injection on the net I didn't take it seriously lol I didn't even look at the site, but I remember seeing it in my google results before I found out more about them...
