How do you tell the rear end ratio
First let me say hello to everyone. I have been doing a little internet research because I am looking to upgrade my tow vehicle to a diesel dually and I found this forum and think it is great.
I am going to look at 1995 3500 club cab this weekend and I was wondering how I could tell what the rear end gear ratio was, is there a code in the VIN or something? The specifics of the truck are 140,000 miles, club cab and the dealer is looking for somewhere a little north of $11K.
