Hissing sound at top end of acceleration
Hissing sound at top end of acceleration
Hey guys,
Whenever I am toward the top end of the tach i hear a loud hiss or 'psht' sound, almost like air pressure that is being blown off. When i shift the sound goes away. This only occurs usually in 1st and 2nd gear. It only happens sometimes, other times it is fine. Any ideas?

as stated above, check your intercooler boots for rips and check the clamps make sure they are tight, also make sure a boot hasn't slipped out from under a clamp, the iner fender will some times rub on boots
