grinding the fuel plate

anyone tell me where i can see pics of or get a template for grinding my stock fuel plate?

so for a stock truck and a #10 plate profile how much power can i expect? 200/550 ft. lbs?

truck is a 1995 and 5 speed its got 175 pump

youll be over that. slide it forward and youre looking around 240-250 at the wheels and prolly mid 6's for torque. tweak the star wheel on the afc, do a gsk and pump timing to make it really come alive. oh yea, get a good clutch too, the plate alone will roast it. make sure you have a boost and egt gauge to monitor things, maybe even a fuel pressure to fill a tripple pod. youre also gonna need a boost elbow, try and set it around 35 psi. most of this stuff is free or really cheap except for the gauges and you wont even reconize your own truck. good luck and welcome!

Oh, I thought he wanted 200/550 over stock...

Yeah dude, you'll be around 250/640+
