im swapping a 12v engine in to my truck the truck is a v10 what do i need to do to the fuel tank?Fuel pump? and i noticed the v10 didnt have return lines how do i add this for the diesel?

 

Try and get a fuel module from a diesel truck fuel tank...I'm not sure..but it should screw to the top of the gas tank you have..

 

Never seen a V10 module, but if it has the rubber grommet to hold the fuel lines in, a Vulcan draw straw would work.

 

i read somewhere that you can just remove the pump it self and place a tube in place so that you can still have your sending unit not sure

 

But if you don't have a return line on the V10 you will have to add one. If the lines go to a bung that pushes in with a rubber grommet around it, you can simply pull that out and replace it with a draw straw, which has both supply and return last time I bought one it was around 50 bucks, easier than cobbling something together. Diesel modules used to be cheap on fleabay, but no more. Vulcan performance also sells the Liberty module upgraded, but it is close to 300 bucks.
