Are you asking on a 12v or on a common rail? your sig shows a common rail and that doesn't have a fuel shut off solenoid per say.

the shut off solenoid is near the back of the pump, it has a boot covering a shaft that pulls the fuel lever up and down, when you pop the hood stand on the driverside of the truck, staring at the side of the engine where the injector pump is you will see near the back of the pump on the side of the pump a solenoid with a wires coming out of it (only electrical thing on the pump) the wires probably have a plastic cover on them. heres a pic, the solenoid has the blue plastic wire shielding coming off it. (lever in up position is run, down is off)

The solenoid rarely goes bad, you will be wasting money to replace it, lots of it.
