Fuel lines?? Tank to engine and back??

I'm in search of replacement fuel lines for my Dads 96 3500 from the tank to the engine and back. I don't want to just throw in rubber line. I also don't have a whole lot of time to bend and flare new lines (I will if I have to). So I've done some searching online but I've been coming up empty handed. I seem to remember years ago that some of the performance places offered larger diameter replacement kits but I don't seem able to find them either. I did look at Classic Tube but I didn't see anything listed there. I have not called the dealer yet either to see if they have them. So I'm just wondering if any of the gurus on here can point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance

Anders

Go to any marine supply house, like Gray Marine, and get hose that is diesel rated. To replace the whole line I got 16ft of each. They are 3/8 and 5/16 hose, 5/16 being the return line. You may need a little less but better a foot long than an inch short!

Here is a good write up on fuel system. I believe Geno's and Foster Truck also sell line.

Dealer is OUT OF THIS WORLD on their prices.

I just bent some 3/8 and 5/16" steel lines and used rubber at each end, the bends are very rudimentary, didn't take 5 min.

Google "Trident Barrier Lined A1-15" for many sources of high quality marine hose.
The Trident hose will easily last the life of the truck.

Are you married to the idea of replacing the metal lines??
Most of the folks here have chosen to replace the lines with marine grade rubber from tank to LP and just bypass the old metal lines all together.
