fuel line replacement

I'm trying to undo the fuel re-routing the PO did on my 98 12V engine, get it back to stock. Does anyone have p/n's and or sources for the fuel lines, 1) that goes from LP to filter, then 2) filter to IP? The PO cut the hardlines and used rubber hose that appears to be seeping/detiorating...many pinhole leaks. Thinking maybe I got some biodiesel eating away these rubber hoses.

EDIT: After a little searching, I found the Vulcan kit, this might be better and quicker delivery than OEM parts...http://www.vulcanperformance.com/Pro...12VFS&CartID=1

Personally I would just replace the lines with high quality diesel hose.
Cheaper and more reliable, the stock metal lines eventually leak.
I use Trident Barrier Lined A1-15 Fuel Hose.
I'm sure it will easily outlast the rest of the truck.

this is where I got my about a year ago, for my 1994 dodge diesel. Parts dept person was absolutely great, & was from the Midwest originally.
Trident Barrier Lined A1-15. No one could match their price. its a very heavy hose so check shipping charges...good luck you & you love the replacement! make sure to have new clamps!...always thanks to infidel...

It appears the size calls for 3/8 & 5/16 at 15 feet each.
