I can help with some of this, the lines are a pain to get at , you'll need to chase down a tool truck[snap on what ever] becouse if you find a good dealer he'll sell the write one by the aplacation other wize napa but you may need to know what you need for them to find the write one, there are spring clips inside the metal coller that the tools unlock, the next thing is biodiesel in your future, if so then now would be a good time to replace with viton hoses they are a better product , rubber is desolved by vegtable oil the next is to replace the lines the easyest would be to get from dealer then they would be the right length and have the connectors on the but more exspensive, if you do put bulk hose on then you'll have to either find a way to put the connectors on or modify the metal lines to use hose clamps, hope this helps .
