EGT Question

I have recently added a BHAF and AFC spring kit. I've noticed that I am now running between 100-150 degrees hotter EGTs than before. My next mod was going to be 4inch exhaust. My question is this the normal reaction of just adding more fuel and air causing a rise in temp or is there something else happening I should worry about first?
Thanks.

It's the AFC spring kit. Add more fuel and EGT will always rise. The 4" exhaust will cut that rise in half. Then you can add more fuel.

Might want to check your timing too. It will have a great effect on EGT's.
