I am new to diesels and Cummins. As great as this site is, does anybody know of any reference or repair manual that is written for dummies or newbee's? Thanks

 

Usually you can find pretty good step by step instructions here, but if you want a manual you could go spend $20 at the auto part stores and get a chilton or haynes manual. They aren't the most detailed, but they have pictures and cover most of the general repair stuff.

 

They Hayenes (Sp*) I have is pretty sweet. It covers tons of stuff and well worth the $$ to me...
