So a friend said there is a chance I put my boost elbow in the wrong location, he says one line controls the AFC, and since I have a super annoying 3 second turbo lag feel to where my truck is almost 100% unresponsive when stomped to the floor then comes alive and lights the tires up after 3 seconds im guessing I messed up? I put it in the line right off the turbo:

 

Well wish I could just delete this thread, I had a friend come over and show me how everything works on the P7100 (first mechanical diesel for me) We moved the elbow to the correct location, Doubble checked the fuel plate I put in and bumped the star wheel 1/2 turn counter clockwise and wow! what a freaking difference!
