Talking clutch

Does anyone use a valair clutch in there truck?Thats what i have used for about the past 2 years now. And the other day 2 springs popped out of the disc.I called them up to see what a new disc would cost cause the pressure plate looks fine.I talked to a guy there from australlia and told him what happened and that i was strapped for money and i wanted to spend as little as possible. And he said let me call you back in a few minutes. When he called back he asked for my address because he had a disc that he was going to send me for free with a new throw out bearing and pilot bearing.I was freaked out they replaced a 2 year old clutch disc for free.I was wandering if they were this good to all there customers or if I just got lucky.I hope this thread dosn't get me in trouble cause i am not trying to advertise i just want to no thanks for the replies.

did you know they were in the process of building a dual disc that they said would retail for around 1100 or 1200 with a new flywheel

When's the dual disc supposed to be available? I've talked with them, but have never heard mention of it. After talking with Kevin a couple of times, I'm for sure going to use their product. I've talked to two guys that had single discs that they fried hooking to the sled, Valair stood behind them, even though it was blatant abuse.

kevin said it would be soon they already had it in testing but the floater plates were made of bad metal and wouldnt stand the abuse so they had to redesign the floater plater

I just ordered the 450hp 950tq clutch from them. That's great to hear that they are still helpful after two years. I also talked to the same guy when I ordered and he was really helpful and had some good stories.
