Clicking noise under load

Clicking noise under load
When I really lay into it my truck makes a clicking noise, sounds like a playing card in the spokes of a bicycle, but louder.
Anyone ever heard anything like this? I once heard it could be the snap ring on the tail shaft in the t-case. Could this be it?
