Please Help Me With a Clicking Noise Under the Dash

I have a noticeable clicking noise coming from under my dash. I have only owned the truck about 2 months. Since then I have not been to hard on the throttle till tonight. Well I noticed, after letting off the throttle I would hear either two or four clicks (usually two) from the dash directly in front of me, at about knee height. The click came a second after I would roll off the throttle from a hard acceleration. It was always in pairs too. Sounded like a solenoid or something.

I'm betting the trucks' doing something its' supposed to.

Any idea? It was definetly related to me getting on and then rolling off the accelerator.

I have herd there is a TSB bulletin on a seem at the junction of the dash and the side of the body. That need seems sealer and make a noise like that.

I just found that TSB on here. Somehow escaped my search attempts before...

Hopefully I can see what it is.
