Re:Cleaning Injectors

I 'd say go to a John Deere shop or a diesel shop and get the Stanadyne injector cleaner. Best on the market. Pour it in the tank and go drive it. It would be best to put a trailer on it also. <br>BTW, what is the history of this motor? Has it been doing easy service? Most diesels run much better after a good day on the road pulling it hard.

Re:Cleaning Injectors

As J-Fox mentioned, get a good fuel conditioner. But, I would take off the fuel filter and fill it full of the conditioner. This will not hurt a thing. This gives it a higher dosage rate. If this doesnt work, I would be getting a temp check on each cylinder.
