Blow by or???

As a general rule if one was to remove the oil filler cap on a 12v should one see smoke from it? On my 93 I dont recall any at all. my 95 does it somewhat, but none out the puke tube on the bottom . I have no smoke either to speak of or oil consumption. Should I be concerned??

What oil are you using? I had the same problem with Rotella-T. Changed to Delo and I don't have that problem anymore.
