have a 95,,mostly stock,,has 109,000 miles on it,,have noticed when i park it after driving, normaly or pulling leaves a spot of oil about silver dollar size or so below the blow back or blow by tube that hangs off the bottom of the motor,,is this normal?
Yes pretty normal.
As long as when you let it idle for 10 minutes or so when its hot, you don't see steam or large quantity's of vapor coming from the breather.
If you do, it may need a head gasket very soon.

Not true at all.
A stream of vapor is normal - where else would it go?
Don't freak the kid out

And what would a headgasket have to do with it?
My 98 always puffed from it, but I never had oil. I always suspected that it had significant blowby, and it got worse after I raised the boost . I ran around with 60psi available for few years. I always thought it would be a good idea to route the beather tube up, to a catch can/filter or something.
Now I ve rebuilt, and I used total seal second rings, and filed the tops for great fit. I hope I significantly improved the ring seal, but I dont know yet. Still a couple small changes before I fire it up.

I said STEAM, not stream.
There were only a couple hundred 95/96 that came through our shop with the leaky headgaskets to get repaired. Mine being one of them.
Especially out of the draft tube.
I read it as stream - my fault.
But visible vapor coming out is fine.

That crankcase vent is very simple at best. A single baffle in a box is all that's catching the oil mist (works by means of "Impingement") . . .

The 24v breather is mounted up where your oil fill is at. It works a little better but Dodge thought it was a good idea to put a bottle under it still.

There are other means of venting the crankcase but most of them vent from that coming first through the lifter-valley (valve-cover vents, lifter-valley, ect). Coming off the timing cover such as the 24v would be the other.
A Case/International tractor vent (Cummins issue) 2 valve-covers bridged with a single vent assembly . .

Another of a million .. .
