TC unlocks at +/- 1600 RPMS when at 3/4 to WOT, . I installed new TPS and Adjusted it (Idle 1.2 v -- WOT 4.96 v). I'm going to check the TV cable tomorrow. I need to Know if there is anything else I should check or any advise. Also while I'm here I need an Oil Sending Unit, went to NAPA today and there book only showed up to '95. Does anyone have a part# for a '98 12V

As far as i know, its made to do that i think. Mine does it too, but that is also why i installed a lock-up switch. It will never unlock if i dont want it to now.
