Alright guys, i got my broken input shaft changed out this weekend finnaly, i get in the truck to crank it up and the batteries are dead, i figured id boost up the battery charger and the truck starts, i drive it for a couple of mins and it shifts fine and all, go to a restraunt and shut it off and when i tried starting it again. it was dead and the check guages light kept coming on. it seemed like the alternator started charging after i drove the truck for a while (10 mins) and i went bcak to my house and shut it off. It was completely dead. The only thing i did different was plug in the reverse/neutral Switch on the tranny cause the last owner left it unplugged. Now the back-up lights stay on when the key is on and my batteries awont charge. any help is appreciated
