Air in fuel

My brother-in-law has a 96 3500 and he can't keep air out of his fuel lines. He bleeds it out and it comes right back the first time he drives it. HELP!!!

Re:Air in fuel

Has he checked the supply and return lines(rubber)??? This will allow air to get into the system. These lines are just behind the fuel filter housing coming up behind the block.

Re:Air in fuel

If he replaces these 2 rubber lines, his problems should disappear.
