Just as the title says or do you just put relay back in the fuse block and let it lock up on its own.

I took my lock-up switch out when the tight converter went it. No reason to abuse the shafts and clutches!!

you can leave the relay out if you want it shouldnt change anything. if you got a good converter with it you shouldnt need to use a lockup.

I have a full georend trans and tripple disc converter. I still use my tc lock up switch on many occasions when I am towing my 5er. There are times when drive is too high of rpm and OD with lock up is too low. So I use the tc lock up switch to unlock the tc so that it is like I have another gear in between drive and OD. There are also times when I am on back roads going between 25-40mph and I lock up my tc in 2nd gear to keep my trans. oil temps down this type of towing is very hard on the fluid because you are always accelerating and decelerating because of hills ,turns, ect. If you don't tow much or not very heavy loads then you don't need it. If you have 4.10 gears you might not need it at all either but with 3.54 gears it is good to have IMO. I have a trailer behind my truck more often than not, I would not be without mt tc switch.

I plan to put one in because I don't like the TC unlocking at WOT all of the time. When I'm in OD and want to get around someone, it would be nice to keep it locked.

My truck will keep the t/c locked above 60 mph, unless I release the throttle completely.
