I was wondering what the thread size and length is for the upper 2 AFC housing bolts. I'd like to change them out and put in some socket head cap screws, so that they're easily removed w/ one of those Fancy allen wrenches that are made to use at an angle.

 

I can say positively that they are 6mm screws. As for the length, I believe they are 30mm, but it's been a while since I've had that apart and I can't say for sure.

 

6mm 1.0pitch around 5/8" long.

When you go to the hardware store for these you'll want to look for 6mm x 18mm for the ones nearest the engine. The bolts closest to the fender are 6mm x 25mm. I know because I just did what you're doing.
