clogging up a set of injectors to me merely is costs of adding to the database of knowledge for running waste oils.
If you continue running ATF might want to add rebuilding your injection pump to your database of knowledge.

Why would running ATF ruin the IP over time? I have a friend who is interested in running ATF. Just curious. Thanks.
Me? I am already looney enough to run WVO

so far there is no documented failures of 12v fuel injection/lift pumps from running ATF.

if I'm the first .... so be it.

I'm betting it won't happen. more worried about failure from running too thick of a mixture.

when my injectors clogged on a 700 mile run... I dumped aprox. 20 gal of new 15/40 motor oil into my tank that already had a 90% mixture of waste oils.

thermostat failure caused engine to run cold. last half of run occurred late at night in a thunderstorm. that's when I first lost power indicating time of injectors clogging.

I'm thinking more in lines of 50/50% mixture when running thicker engine oils. 75/25% for ATF due to thinner weight
