The "Wait to Start" light fails to extinguish after starting the engine. I have changed the intake temp sensor and the heater control solenoides. Help please

First time for your problem before, sounds like the PCM if the grids are turning off but the light stays on.
A new PCM is pricey, personally I'd just pull the light bulb and use the drop/rise of the voltmeter for my light.
Don't think this will help but give it a try> http://dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/trouble...niford_htr.htm

it could also be a short to ground on it. or would that keep the grids on?
