94 auto , what turbo?

What turbo should my 95 have on it?

I thought the HX 35 started in 94? I happened to notice today that my truck has a WH1C on it...

I'm going for a turbo upgrade also , from what I've read what you need to do is decied how much HP your going for ,then the turbo that will handle , or let that much pass through, it looks to me that the 35-40 will be a good mid range for my ends 300-400 HP. I saw a chart a while back that listed a lot of turbos and then what HP that each was good for , up to twins more than I could use , but some guys are driving those around .

Maybe my truck was built in 94 then? Dodge says it is a 1995 model year truck , but the tag on the turbo clearly states Wh1C.

Mine "had" a WH1C on it until it died. It has an HX35 on it now. Seems to run about the same, but this turbo sounds a little meaner when getting off the pedal kinda hard, but just enough not to bark it. Definatley not worth the switch unless yours goes out.

I just found out today that I 've got a WH1C, I've had the thing off 4 times never noticed till my brother got...DIESEL? said smirkingly you gat a WH1C. But thanks to wannadiesel's reply to my post he said that us WH1C guys can get the 60mm stage III upgrade from HTT without having to send in the turbo to have it machined. Unlike the HX35 our WH1C's stage III upgrade is cheaper plus it's a bolt on DYI upgrade.

Just rub it in I was planning on possibly doing that eventually until my WH1C dies for no apparent reason... Oh well.
